Because each piece is made by hand, slight imperfections and variations in texture, shape, color, or finish may occur. These details are a natural part of handmade work and are part of what makes each piece unique.

At this time, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Most orders ship within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time.

Yes — I may be able to repair pieces originally made by Roaming Rock Creative depending on the nature of the damage and materials available.
Repair requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may require a small repair fee plus shipping costs. At this time, I only repair my own work.
